Clinical Overview
Rabeprazole Sodium (20mg gastro-resistant) and Itopride Hydrochloride (150mg prolonged-release) combines an antisecretory PPI with an AChE-inhibiting and D2-antagonizing prokinetic. Itopride boosts acetylcholine availability to coordinate gastroduodenal contractions without prolonging cardiac QT intervals or elevating prolactin substantially. Indicated for GERD, reflux esophagitis, non-erosive reflux disease (NERD), and dysmotility-like functional dyspepsia.
