Clinical Overview
Rabeprazole Sodium (20mg enteric-coated) and Levosulpiride (75mg sustained-release) combines a fast-acting proton pump inhibitor with a prokinetic and psychotropic benzamide. Rabeprazole rapidly suppresses gastric acid output, while levosulpiride selectively blocks dopamine D2 receptors and activates 5-HT4 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract, stimulating gastroduodenal motility and improving visceral hypersensitivity. Indicated for severe GERD, reflux esophagitis with delayed gastric emptying, non-ulcer dyspepsia, and gastroparesis.
