Clinical Overview
Paracetamol (325mg) and Dicyclomine Hydrochloride (20mg) Tablets is a fixed-dose antispasmodic and analgesic combination. Dicyclomine blocks muscarinic M1/M3 receptors on smooth muscle and produces direct musculotropic relaxation of the gastrointestinal and biliary tracts. Paracetamol provides centrally acting pain relief. Indicated for spasmodic abdominal pain, intestinal colic, biliary colic, renal colic, and painful dysmenorrhea.
