Clinical Overview
Tadalafil (10mg) and Dapoxetine (30mg) Tablets is a dual-action urological therapy for combined erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Tadalafil provides prolonged PDE5 inhibition (half-life ~17.5 hours) to promote and sustain penile erection. Dapoxetine is a fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that delays the ejaculatory reflex by augmenting 5-HT signaling at presynaptic serotonin transporters in the central nervous system. Indicated for adult men suffering from co-existing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
