Usage Guidelines

Take 500mg once or twice daily after meals. Best absorbed when taken with Vitamin D. Take 60,000 IU weekly or 1,000 IU daily with meals containing healthy fats. Take 10-50mg daily after a meal to prevent stomach upset.

General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.

Possible Side Effects

Mild constipation, gas, or bloating. Hypercalcemia (elevated calcium in blood) with excessive supplementation. Nausea, vomiting, metallic taste, or stomach pain.
