Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%) combined with antibacterial (Gentamicin/Neomycin) and/or antifungal (Miconazole) agents. Delivers rapid anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic relief while providing broad-spectrum coverage against secondary bacterial and candidal/dermatophyte infections in steroid-responsive dermatoses. Indicated for infected inflammatory dermatoses, infected eczema, and severe intertrigo.

Usage Guidelines
Apply sparingly to affected lesions twice daily for no longer than 1 to 2 weeks. Wash hands after application.
General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.
Possible Side Effects
Common: Local irritation, burning, erythema, skin thinning. Rare/Severe: Systemic corticosteroid absorption, aminoglycoside contact dermatitis, and epidermal atrophy.
*Note: Individual physiological responses vary. While many patients experience few or no side effects, notify your treating physician if adverse reactions persist or if hypersensitivity (angioedema, skin rash, dyspnea) occurs.
Precautions & Warnings
Do not use for more than 14 days continuously. Avoid face and flexural folds. Discontinue once infection is resolved.
