Clinical Overview

Paracetamol (325mg/500mg), Phenylephrine (10mg), and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2mg) Tablets is a triple-action cold, sinus, and flu combination. Paracetamol relieves headache, body aches, sore throat, and fever. Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist that constricts swollen nasal mucosal blood vessels, relieving nasal and sinus congestion. Chlorpheniramine is a first-generation H1-antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors, drying rhinorrhea and eliminating sneezing and watery eyes. Indicated for symptomatic relief of common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and influenza symptoms.
