Clinical Overview

Ebastine Tablets (10mg; alone or with Phenylephrine 10mg) is a long-acting, non-sedating second-generation H1-antihistamine. It is rapidly converted to active carebastine, providing durable 24-hour peripheral H1 blockade without anticholinergic or sedative impairment. Phenylephrine adds alpha-1 adrenergic nasal decongestion. Indicated for seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria.
