Combi Kit of Torasemide (20mg) Tablets and Eplerenone (25mg) Tablets combines a long-acting loop diuretic with a selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA). Torasemide delivers potent, predictable loop diuresis with minimal urinary potassium wasting compared to furosemide. Eplerenone selectively blocks aldosterone without binding to androgen or progesterone receptors, completely eliminating gynecomastia and sexual side effects while preventing hypokalemia. Indicated for severe edema, chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), and refractory hypertension.
