Clinical Overview
Also known as Vitamin B9, it is vital for DNA synthesis, red blood cell production, cellular division, and healthy fetal development during pregnancy. The active form of Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) that is crucial for absorption of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining bone strength, and regulating immunity.

Usage Guidelines
Take 0.5-5mg daily as prescribed, ideally with water after meals. Take 60,000 IU weekly or 1,000 IU daily with meals containing healthy fats.
General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.
Possible Side Effects
Very rare; mild nausea or bloating. Hypercalcemia (elevated calcium in blood) with excessive supplementation.
