Clinical Overview

A powerful water-soluble antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid) that boosts collagen synthesis, neutralizes free radicals, and supports immune cell function. The active form of Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) that is crucial for absorption of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining bone strength, and regulating immunity. Usage Guidelines

Take 500-1000mg daily after a meal. Swallow or chew as directed. Take 60,000 IU weekly or 1,000 IU daily with meals containing healthy fats. Take 10-50mg daily after a meal to prevent stomach upset.

General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.

Possible Side Effects

Diarrhea or stomach cramps at very high doses (above 2000mg/day). Hypercalcemia (elevated calcium in blood) with excessive supplementation. Nausea, vomiting, metallic taste, or stomach pain.

Precautions & Warnings
