Usage Guidelines

Take 500mg once or twice daily after meals. Best absorbed when taken with Vitamin D. Take 0.5-5mg daily as prescribed, ideally with water after meals. Take 500-1500mcg daily after a meal.

General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.

Possible Side Effects

Mild constipation, gas, or bloating. Very rare; mild nausea or bloating. Rarely, mild skin irritation, itching, or stomach upset.

*Note: Side effects vary from person to person. Not everyone experiences them. If side effects persist, worsen, or if you develop an allergic reaction (swelling, hives, breathing difficulties), contact a healthcare professional immediately.

Precautions & Warnings

Do not take within 2 hours of iron supplements. Caution in patients with kidney stones. High doses can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency; ensure B12 levels are normal. Consult a doctor if you have Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy.
