Clinical Overview
A naturally occurring substance in joint cartilage that helps retain water and elasticity, frequently combined with glucosamine to treat joint degeneration. Usage Guidelines
Take 100-400mg daily, usually combined with Glucosamine, during or after meals. Take 500-1000mg daily after a meal. Swallow or chew as directed.
