A naturally occurring substance in joint cartilage that helps retain water and elasticity, frequently combined with glucosamine to treat joint degeneration. A powerful water-soluble antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid) that boosts collagen synthesis, neutralizes free radicals, and supports immune cell function.
