Clinical Overview
Camylofin Dihydrochloride (25mg) and Paracetamol (300mg) Tablets is a fixed-dose antispasmodic and analgesic combination. Camylofin exerts a dual antispasmodic mechanism: antimuscarinic action and direct smooth muscle relaxation via phosphodiesterase inhibition, relieving visceral smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tracts. Paracetamol provides centrally mediated pain relief. Indicated for severe visceral colic, intestinal colic, biliary colic, renal/ureteric colic, and painful spasmodic dysmenorrhea.
