Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets 25mg
Amitriptyline Hydrochloride is a prototype dibenzocycloheptadiene tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. It inhibits the presynaptic neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, while also antagonizing muscarinic, histaminergic H1, and alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, and blocking neuronal sodium channels. Indicated for major depressive disorder, neuropathic pain (diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia), chronic tension-type headache and migraine prophylaxis, and nocturnal enuresis in children.

Gabapentin 300mg + Amitriptyline 10mg Tablets
Gabapentin (300mg) and Amitriptyline (10mg) Tablets combines an alpha-2-delta calcium channel ligand with a tricyclic antidepressant. Gabapentin reduces excitatory neurotransmitter release, while amitriptyline potentiates descending serotonergic/noradrenergic inhibitory pain pathways. Indicated for chronic refractory neurogenic cough, post-herpetic neuralgia, and neuropathic pain syndromes.
Chlordiazepoxide 5mg + Amitriptyline Hydrochloride 12.5mg Tablets
Chlordiazepoxide and Amitriptyline is a classic psychotropic formulation combining a benzodiazepine with a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). Chlordiazepoxide provides prompt reduction of psychic tension, anxiety, and agitation via GABAA receptor enhancement, while amitriptyline inhibits the neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin to resolve underlying depressive illness. Indicated for moderate-to-severe depression associated with prominent anxiety, agitation, and insomnia.
