Clinical Overview
Sorbitol (7.15g) and Tricholine Citrate (550mg per 10ml) Solution is a dual-action osmotic laxative and lipotropic liver support tonic. Sorbitol exerts an osmotic gradient in the intestinal lumen that softens stool and promotes peristalsis, while also stimulating cholecystokinin release. Tricholine citrate acts as a choline donor that promotes phospholipid synthesis, facilitates fat mobilization from hepatocytes, and stimulates bile secretion. Indicated for occasional constipation, hepatic steatosis (fatty liver), and dyspepsia associated with sluggish hepatobiliary function.
