Clonazepam and Propranolol is a psychotropic and autonomic regulator combination. Clonazepam provides sustained central anxiolysis and neuronal stabilization via GABAA chloride conductance, while propranolol blocks peripheral beta-adrenergic receptors, stopping autonomic hyperarousal (tremors, racing heartbeat, flushing). Indicated for social phobia, severe panic attacks, stage fright, and anxiety disorders characterized by palpitations and tremor.
