Common: Skeletal muscle tremor, palpitations, tachycardia, nervousness, headache, muscle cramps. Rare/Severe: Hypokalemia and cardiac arrhythmias.
*Note: Individual physiological responses vary. While many patients experience few or no side effects, notify your treating physician if adverse reactions persist or if hypersensitivity (angioedema, skin rash, dyspnea) occurs.
Precautions & Warnings
Inhalation route is strongly preferred over oral tablets due to faster onset (minutes vs hours) and dramatically fewer systemic cardiovascular side effects (tremor, tachycardia). Contraindicated in cardiac arrhythmias and severe coronary insufficiency.
