Aceclofenac (1.0% w/w) and Menthol (5.0% w/w) Spray is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and counterirritant formulation. Aceclofenac penetrates transcutaneously into inflamed subcutaneous tissues and synovial fluid, inhibiting local prostaglandin synthesis. Menthol stimulates cold-sensitive TRPM8 receptors to produce a cooling soothing effect followed by mild analgesic vasodilation. Indicated for localized relief of pain, sprains, strains, contusions, and musculoskeletal injuries.
