Clinical Overview
L-Ornithine L-Aspartate (150mg) and Pancreatin (100mg) Tablets combines an ammonia-detoxifying metabolic amino acid with digestive pancreatic enzymes. LOLA stimulates urea cycle carbamoyl phosphate synthetase in hepatocytes and glutamine synthesis in skeletal muscle, clearing neurotoxic ammonia. Pancreatin supplies amylase, lipase, and protease to assist nutrient breakdown in patients with compromised digestion. Indicated for hepatic dysfunction, fatty liver, subclinical hepatic encephalopathy, and digestive insufficiency associated with liver cirrhosis.
