Clinical Overview
Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate is a purified porcine brain-derived peptide preparation containing neurotrophic factors and low-molecular-weight neuropeptides. It mimics the actions of endogenous neurotrophic factors (such as NGF and BDNF), crossing the blood-brain barrier to promote neuronal survival, stimulate neurite outgrowth, improve synaptic plasticity, and protect neurons against excitotoxicity and ischemic hypoxia. Indicated for acute ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury, and vascular dementia.

Usage Guidelines
Administered strictly by slow intravenous infusion diluted in Normal Saline, Ringer's solution, or 5% Dextrose over at least 60 minutes, or deep intramuscular injection by qualified clinical staff.
General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.
Possible Side Effects
Common: Mild headache, dizziness, sensation of warmth/sweating, nausea, injection site erythema. Rare/Severe: Severe hypersensitivity, hyperventilation, cardiac palpitations, and seizures in predisposed individuals.
*Note: Individual physiological responses vary. While many patients experience few or no side effects, notify your treating physician if adverse reactions persist or if hypersensitivity (angioedema, skin rash, dyspnea) occurs.
Precautions & Warnings
Contraindicated in status epilepticus, severe renal failure, and hypersensitivity to porcine-derived biological products. Rapid IV infusion must be avoided to prevent sensations of heat, sweating, and dizziness.
