🧴 Clinical Application
Take orally once daily with or without food, swallowed with water. May be taken morning or evening. Titrate as directed. When discontinuing 15 mg or 20 mg doses, reduce to 10 mg for one week before stopping to avoid discontinuation symptoms.
⚠️ Side Effects
Common: Nausea (most frequent, usually transient), vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, abnormal dreams, pruritus. Rare/Severe: Suicidal ideation, serotonin syndrome, bleeding complications, and hyponatremia.
