🧴 Clinical Application
Take orally with a glass of water, with or without meals. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Never abruptly discontinue prolonged therapy; gradual tapering is mandatory.

Common: Drowsiness, fatigue, muscle weakness, ataxia, lightheadedness. Rare/Severe: Boxed warning: Respiratory arrest, profound sedation and coma (with opioids/alcohol), dependence and severe withdrawal syndrome (delirium, convulsions), and paradoxical excitation.
