Baclofen Tablets 10 mg
Baclofen Tablets (10mg, 20mg Extended Release Gastric Retentive System) is an oral centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant and antispasticity agent on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. It is a synthetic chemical analogue of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) that selectively activates G-protein-coupled presynaptic GABA-B receptors in the spinal cord. This stimulates hyperpolarization by increasing potassium conductance and inhibits calcium influx, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters (glutamate, aspartate) and dampening mono- and polysynaptic spinal reflexes. Indicated for alleviation of signs and symptoms of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis, spinal cord trauma, transverse myelitis, and motor neuron disease.

Gabapentin 6% w/w + Lignocaine 5% w/w + Baclofen 2% w/w gel
Gabapentin, Lignocaine (Lidocaine), and Baclofen topical gel is a localized multi-modal compound for refractory neuropathic and musculoskeletal pain. Gabapentin provides regional neuro-inhibition via calcium channel modulation; lignocaine reversibly blocks neuronal sodium channels to arrest pain impulse conduction; and baclofen activates GABAB receptors, inducing local skeletal muscle relaxation and mitigating spastic myofascial trigger points. Indicated for localized post-herpetic neuralgia, superficial neuropathic pain, and focal myofascial pain syndromes.
