Janaushadhi Bachpan Baby Diapers and Swabhiman Adult Diapers / Underpads is a high-absorbency disposable hygiene product on the PMBI Formulary. Features superabsorbent polymer (SAP) fluff cores that lock away large fluid volumes within seconds, leak-guard cuffs, breathable cloth-like backsheets to prevent skin maceration, and wetness indicators. Indicated for pediatric hygiene and management of adult urinary and fecal incontinence, bedridden patients, and post-surgical recovery.

Usage Guidelines
Position pad/diaper comfortably beneath user. Fasten adjustable side tabs securely across waist for snug fit without constriction. Change promptly when wetness indicator changes color or following bowel movement. Cleanse and dry skin thoroughly before applying fresh diaper.
General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.
Possible Side Effects
Safe and hypoallergenic. Rare: Diaper dermatitis if wet diaper is not changed promptly.

Precautions & Warnings
Over-The-Counter hygiene product. Change soiled diapers promptly to prevent skin breakdown, moisture-associated skin damage (MASD), and pressure sores. Dispose of in sanitary trash bins; never flush.
