Clinical Overview

Elecrical Nebulizer Machine is an ergonomic, clear medical-grade PVC respiratory administration mask with an adjustable nose clip, elastic head strap, and kink-resistant star-lumen oxygen tubing on the PMBI Formulary. Clear transparent material allows continuous clinical visualization of patient lip color, breathing patterns, and vomitus. Indicated for controlled delivery of supplemental oxygen therapy or aerosolized medication nebulization in respiratory distress, asthma, COPD, and postoperative recovery.

Medical Device / Consumable: This product is an official PMBI surgical consumable, diagnostic, or medical device. It does not contain chemical active pharmaceutical substances.

Usage Guidelines

Attach tubing firmly to oxygen flowmeter or nebulizer compressor. Place mask over patient's nose and mouth, adjust metal nose bridge for snug fit, and secure elastic band around the back of the head. Adjust oxygen flow rate (typically 5 to 10 L/min for simple face masks to prevent CO2 rebreathing). For nebulizer kits, place prescribed liquid medication into the medicine chamber and run until aerosol mist ceases.

General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.

Possible Side Effects

Extremely safe. Common: Mild facial pressure marks, claustrophobia in anxious patients, dry oral/nasal mucosa.

*Note: Individual physiological responses vary. While many patients experience few or no side effects, notify your treating physician if adverse reactions persist or if hypersensitivity (angioedema, skin rash, dyspnea) occurs.

Precautions & Warnings

Single-patient use device. Simple face masks MUST have oxygen flow set at a minimum of 5 L/min to prevent rebreathing of exhaled carbon dioxide. Clean nebulizer chambers with sterile water after each use.
