Usage Guidelines
Hold the rolled bandage with the roll facing upward. Wrap firmly around the affected limb in a spiral or figure-of-eight pattern from distal to proximal (e.g. from toes toward knee), overlapping each turn by one-half to two-thirds the width of the bandage. Secure with enclosed clips or adhesive tape. Ensure firm support without compromising arterial blood circulation (check that extremities are warm and pink).
General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.
Possible Side Effects
Common: Localized skin indentation. Rare: Circulatory impairment or paresthesias if wrapped excessively tight.
*Note: Individual physiological responses vary. While many patients experience few or no side effects, notify your treating physician if adverse reactions persist or if hypersensitivity (angioedema, skin rash, dyspnea) occurs.
Precautions & Warnings
Over-The-Counter medical support bandage. Do NOT apply too tightly (numbness, tingling, coldness, or blue discoloration of fingers/toes indicates arterial/venous constriction; unwrap immediately). Remove before sleeping unless medically advised. Wash in warm water; dry flat on a horizontal surface (do not hang or stretch while wet).
