Clinical Overview

A medium-strength topical corticosteroid used to relieve skin inflammation and itching. A depigmenting agent that lightens dark skin patches, melasma, freckles, and age spots by inhibiting melanin production. A powerful Vitamin A derivative (retinoic acid) that clears acne, reduces fine lines, and fades hyperpigmentation.

Active Ingredients

Usage Guidelines

Apply a thin film to the affected skin 2 to 4 times daily. Apply a small amount to hyperpigmented skin at night. Use sunscreen strictly during the day. Apply a pea-sized amount to dry face at night. Introduce slowly. Always wear sunscreen.

General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.

Possible Side Effects

Irritation, burning, dryness, and skin thinning. Mild skin irritation, dryness, redness, and sun sensitivity. Severe peeling, dryness, purging (temporary acne flare), redness, and sun sensitivity.

*Note: Side effects vary from person to person. Not everyone experiences them. If side effects persist, worsen, or if you develop an allergic reaction (swelling, hives, breathing difficulties), contact a healthcare professional immediately.

Precautions & Warnings

Avoid prolonged use on the face, groin, or axillae. Limit continuous use to 2-3 months to avoid ochronosis (blue-black darkening). Avoid sun exposure. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not mix with benzoyl peroxide or exfoliating acids.
