Clinical Overview

An imidazole antifungal that kills fungal cells by damaging their cell membranes. A medium-strength topical corticosteroid used to relieve skin inflammation and itching. An aminoglycoside antibiotic used topically to treat bacterial skin infections.

Usage Guidelines

Apply to clean affected skin twice daily. Rub in gently. Apply a thin film to the affected skin 2 to 4 times daily. Apply a thin film to the clean affected area 1 to 3 times daily.

General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.

Possible Side Effects

Mild burning, stinging, or skin irritation. Irritation, burning, dryness, and skin thinning. Skin rash, hives, skin irritation, or allergic contact dermatitis.
