Usage Guidelines
Apply cream, lotion, or dusting powder to clean, dry affected areas twice to thrice daily. Dust powder liberally into socks, shoes, groin, and under skin folds daily. Continue for 2 to 4 weeks.
General Administration Advice: Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, frequency, and treatment course. For oral medications, swallow with sufficient water. Never stop antibiotics, psychiatric medications, or antihypertensives abruptly without clinical direction.
Possible Side Effects
Common: Mild burning, stinging, erythema, localized peeling, pruritus. Rare/Severe: Allergic contact dermatitis.

It inhibits fungal cytochrome P450 14-alpha-demethylase (CYP51), blocking conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol and destabilizing the fungal cell membrane. Features high lipophilicity and keratin affinity, persisting in nails for months after completion. Indicated for onychomycosis, dermatophytosis refractory to topical therapy, pityriasis versicolor, systemic aspergillosis, histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, and candidiasis.
