🧴 Clinical Application
Take orally 20 mg once daily after a meal with a full glass of water. Dispersible tablets: Disperse the tablet in a tablespoon (at least 10 mL) of water and swallow immediately. Swallow capsules whole.
⚠️ Side Effects
Common: Dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, flatulence, dizziness, headache. Rare/Severe: Highest rate of serious gastrointestinal ulceration and bleeding among traditional NSAIDs, severe cutaneous adverse reactions (toxic epidermal necrolysis, SJS), and nephrotoxicity.

Black Box Warning: Highest risk of serious gastrointestinal toxicity and severe life-threatening cutaneous reactions (SJS/TEN) among NSAIDs. Second-line therapy only; do NOT use as initial treatment. Discontinue immediately at first sign of skin rash or mucous membrane lesions. Contraindicated in elderly patients with peptic ulcer history.
