Telmisartan 40mg + Cilnidipine 10mg + Metoprolol ER 25 Tablets
Telmisartan and Cilnidipine is an innovative vascular- and renal-protective antihypertensive combination. Telmisartan blocks AT1 angiotensin receptors, while cilnidipine acts as a unique dual L-type and N-type voltage-gated calcium channel blocker.
