⚠️ Side Effects
Common: Dizziness, headache, back pain, bronchitis, diarrhea, fatigue. Rare/Severe: Boxed warning: Fetal toxicity; severe sprue-like enteropathy (severe, chronic diarrhea with substantial weight loss developing months to years after initiation), acute renal failure, and hyperkalemia.
