🧴 Clinical Application
Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water, twice daily (every 12 hours), with or without meals. Do not crush or chew. Never stop abruptly; taper gradually to avoid breakthrough seizures.
⚠️ Side Effects
Common: Somnolence, asthenia, fatigue, dizziness, nasopharyngitis, headache. Rare/Severe: Behavioral and psychiatric symptoms (irritability, aggression, depression, emotional lability, psychosis, suicidality), severe hypersensitivity reactions (DRESS, SJS), and pancytopenia.
