Atorvastatin (10mg) + Fenofibrate (160mg) + Ezetimibe (10mg) Tablets
Statin and Fenofibrate is a comprehensive dual-action lipid-regulating combination. The statin (Atorvastatin or Rosuvastatin) competitively inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, potently lowering LDL cholesterol and apolipoprotein B, while fenofibrate, a fibric acid derivative, activates peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha), dramatically reducing triglycerides (by 30-50%), increasing HDL cholesterol, and converting atherogenic small dense LDL into larger buoyant particles. Indicated for mixed dyslipidemia, severe hypertriglyceridemia, and diabetic dyslipidemia.
Atorvastatin 10mg + Ezetimibe 10mg Tablets
Statin and Ezetimibe is an intensive dual-pathway LDL-lowering formulation. The statin inhibits endogenous cholesterol biosynthesis in the liver, while ezetimibe selectively inhibits the Niemann-Pick C1-Like 1 (NPC1L1) transporter in the intestinal brush border, blocking absorption of dietary and biliary cholesterol. This dual mechanism achieves up to 65% reduction in LDL cholesterol without requiring high-dose statin monotherapy. Indicated for primary hyperlipidemia, familial hypercholesterolemia, and high-risk atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
Atorvastatin 20mg + Ezetimibe 10mg Tablets
Statin and Ezetimibe is an intensive dual-pathway LDL-lowering formulation. This dual mechanism achieves up to 65% reduction in LDL cholesterol without requiring high-dose statin monotherapy. Indicated for primary hyperlipidemia, familial hypercholesterolemia, and high-risk atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
Ezetimibe Tablets 10mg
Ezetimibe Tablets 10mg is an evidence-based cardiovascular and hemodynamic pharmaceutical formulation. It acts by modulating vascular smooth muscle tone, autonomic receptors, or fluid-electrolyte balance to manage cardiovascular disease.
