Dapagliflozin Tablets 10 mg
Dapagliflozin (5 mg, 10 mg) is a pioneer selective sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. It acts in the S1 segment of the renal proximal tubule, blocking glucose and sodium reabsorption and promoting the urinary excretion of 70 to 80 grams of glucose per day. In addition to glycemic reduction, it induces osmotic diuresis, decreases intraglomerular pressure, reduces cardiac preload and afterload, and confers landmark cardio-renal protection. Indicated for type 2 diabetes mellitus, heart failure with reduced or preserved ejection fraction (HFrEF/HFpEF), and chronic kidney disease (CKD) to slow renal decline.
Dapagliflozin 10mg + Metformin Hydrochloride (Extended Release) 1000mg Tablets
Metformin Hydrochloride and Dapagliflozin unites a biguanide with an oral sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity, while dapagliflozin acts insulin-independently in the proximal renal tubules to block glucose reabsorption, promoting the urinary excretion of approximately 70-80 grams of glucose per day (equating to 280-320 kcal/day), producing glycemic control, modest weight loss, and blood pressure reduction. Indicated for type 2 diabetes mellitus, with proven cardiorenal benefits.

Sitagliptin Phosphate (50 mg, 100 mg) is an orally active, highly selective beta-amino acid-derived dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. It competitive inhibits DPP-4, preventing the rapid enzymatic degradation of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), prolonging postprandial active incretin levels. This stimulates glucose-dependent insulin secretion and suppresses postprandial glucagon secretion without causing hypoglycemia or weight gain.
